Special Notice for Parents of Children with Extreme Allergies:

If your child has a potentially life threatening allergy that may result in anaphylaxis, you must provide the school with up-to-date information about treatment and/or other allergies as soon as they are known and at the beginning of each school year.

Our files are incomplete. If you have not completed and submitted our form, please find a copy here:
MFIDSAB ADMIN FORMS 315 Anaphylaxis in the School
Copies can also be picked up at the school office.

In order to develop a comprehensive school plan for each student with an anaphylactic allergy, it is crucial that you supply the school with the most up-to-date information regarding treatment of extreme allergies. With updated information, we are able to implement avoidance strategies to minimize the potential exposure of your child to life-threatening allergens.

Please direct questions/comments to our school principal Jennifer Knight-Blackned 705-658-4535 or email jknight.blackned@mfidsab.ca
