Parents & Caregivers: please review our Ministik School Community Back to School Plan – 2021-2022
There is a two step process to receive your child’s start date:
- update the student information & registration form –> MFIDSAB Student Information & Registration Form
- complete the student questionnaire –> Ministik Student Information Questionnaire
If you haven’t received your confirmation email & child’s start date but you did complete the Questionnaire:
- You may be providing information for a student no longer registered with Ministik – please call the school office to verify if you are required to re-register your child
- You may be providing information for a student not yet registered with Ministik – please call the school office to pick up a registration package
Some of our second year Kindergarten to Grade 8 students will be returning to a full day of learning on Wednesday August 25.
Our first year students and more of our SK to Grade 8 students will return on Thursday August 26.
