Memo to Community OSSTF Withdrawal of Services on February 28 2020

NOTICE TO COMMUNITY RESIDENTS

MINISTIK SCHOOL TO CLOSE ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 28

DUE TO OSSTF WITHDRAWAL OF INSTRUCTION & SERVICES

 This memo is to provide you with notice, that should an agreement not be reached, there will be another Complete Withdrawal of Instruction and Services by OSSTF members (Custodians, Secretarial Staff, EAs, ECEs) on Friday, February 28, 2020.  The withdrawal of services on Friday, February 28 is a strike day affecting several Boards across the province, including Moose Factory Island DSAB.  This withdrawal of services of OSSTF members means that all support staff will be on strike and therefore we will have to close the school to students on this day.

While we understand this is a challenging time, parents will be required to make alternate arrangements for their children.
