Description: In School Learning for Moose Factory Ministik School
Whole and small group discussions, individual reflections: Ministik Educators will be led through group discussions and self-reflections on the following topics: student identity, collaboration, communication, building community, student & staff wellness strategies, building rapport with students & families. While teachers and ECEs will spend the remaining time in self-directed learning in their classrooms, EAs will participate in capacity building workshops focused more on their students’ individual needs and the team approach to support student identity, collaboration, communication, building community, student & staff wellness strategies, building rapport with students & families.
